OFFICIAL RULES

ATVA SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE
$10,000 ATV Dream Prize: one winner will receive a prize of up to $10,000 in new ATV or ATV-related merchandise (excluding tax, title and registration fees). Award of the prize is coordinated through and subject to approval by the All-Terrain Vehicle Association ("ATVA") and the American Motorcyclist Association (the "AMA"), as more fully described below.

HOW TO ENTER
Visit www.ATVAonline.com/sweepstakes and enter electronically; or download a PDF entry form, complete it, and mail to: ATVA Member Sweepstakes, 13515 Yarmouth Drive, Pickerington, OH 43147; or fill out the official entry form in ATVA News. Entrants may be contacted via email about membership in or products related to the ATVA. Only valid entry forms will be accepted. The sweepstakes begins on September 1, 2008 and ends on December 18, 2008. All mail-in entries must be received by December 18, 2008. The ATVA assumes no responsibility for lost or misdirected entries, or any entries that are not received before the deadline. By returning the official entry form, properly completed, you will be entered in the drawing, and will be deemed to have agreed to abide by these rules. Only one entry per person accepted.

ELIGIBILITY
No purchase necessary. The sweepstakes is open to individuals who are residents of the United States and 18 years of age or older. ATVA membership is neither required for entry in the 2008 ATVA Member Sweepstakes nor will it increase the individual's chance of winning. Employees of the ATVA, the AMA, the American Motorcycle Heritage Foundation (the "AMHF") their respective Boards of Directors, the staff of Plante & Moran and members of each of their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

WINNER SELECTION AND VERIFICATION
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Plante & Moran, whose decisions are final. The winner will be selected on December 23, 2008 at a time to be determined, and will be announced in ATVA News. The Dream Prize winner will be notified by telephone. The winner will be required to sign a statement of eligibility and release. If the winner of any prize cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made, he or she is found to be ineligible, or he or she does not comply with these rules, such winner will be disqualified and, if applicable, an alternate winner may be selected. By entering this drawing, the winner shall be deemed to have given the ATVA, or anyone it chooses, the unlimited right and license to use the winner's name and photograph for publicity purposes in all media, worldwide, and without further compensation. Local, state and federal taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prizes or cash equivalents are permitted at the election of the winner. The winner will be allowed to choose up to $10,000 in new ATV or ATV-related merchandise (excluding tax, title, and registration fees), subject to the approval of the ATVA and AMA. The ATVA and AMA shall have the right to make prize substitutions at their discretion, in which case an alternate prize shall be awarded at the discretion of the ATVA or AMA.

ACCEPTANCE OF PRIZE
The winner shall bear sole responsibility for transporting such prizes to their location after December 23, 2008. All prizes must be claimed or redeemed by December 31, 2009. All federal state and local taxes, laws and regulations apply, and winner shall bear sole responsibility for paying any applicable taxes which he/she owes. Winner shall be provided with a Form 1099 IRS tax document for the retail value of any prizes won.

GENERAL CONDITIONS / RELEASE
Each winner, by acceptance of the prize(s), agrees to release the AMA, the ATVA, and the AMHF, and its officers, directors, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and employees from any responsibility or liability in connection with any loss, accident, or death incurred in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of this prize. The ATVA does not make, nor is responsible for, a warranty or a guarantee with regards to this prize. The ATVA reserves the right to amend, revise, and interpret these rules as it sees fit.

Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. Approximate maximum retail value: Grand Prize $10,000.00.
