Protect Your Rights

United we stand. Divided we’re banned.

Across the country, ATV use is threatened by irrational legislation and regulations urged by environmental extremists and poorly informed citizens. It doesn't have to be that way. The key to protecting our future is a strong national organization like the ATVA working hand in hand with other off-highway-vehicle rights groups and individual riders nationwide. Our motto is, “United we stand. Divided we’re banned.”

Through our own targeted legislative and regulatory programs, and those of affiliated organizations, we work to educate lawmakers and regulators. We influence issues from the national level all the way down to the local. Wherever your rights are threatened, we're here to help. If you ever have a problem, contact the ATVA at: Rights@ATVAonline.com

The ATVA and the American Motorcyclist Association both benefit from knowledgeable and persistent government relations specialists in our offices in Ohio and Washington, D.C. Together with these specialists, we work with local contacts to get to the heart of your problems and fix them whenever we can.

You can also do your part to keep trails open for off-highway vehicle use by following the ATVA Members' Commitment to Responsible Riding.

Rapid Response

In a special agreement with the American Motorcyclist Association, ATVA brings you the Rapid Response Center. Contact lawmakers, government officials and the media with the click of a button when your rights as an ATVer are threatened.
